BRASSERIE 1519

NEW SEASON! NEW TABLE!

An altitude. A destination. A culinary point of view.

This winter, a new culinary concept will rise at altitude, where Alpine authenticity meets Mediterranean flair.
The space blends rustic textures and natural materials with contemporary elegance.
Warm, welcoming, and unmistakably Verbier.

Our new restaurant will be open daily for breakfast and dinner, from December 4, 2025.
