Sergi Arola, visionary Spanish chef and two-Michelin-starred talent, brings his Mediterranean know-how and creative flair from Eat-Hola Tapas Bar to Brasserie 1519. He is behind this new Alpine brasserie concept enhanced by a mix of iconic tapas, fire-based cooking, and delicious cuisine.

Jean-Philippe Dupas, our French chef, brings years of experience and collaborations with Régis Marcon and Pierre Carrier to W Verbier Restaurant. He has built a global career from Dubai to Shanghai, Manila, and St. Petersburg.

Now, he blends French savoir-faire, creativity, and international cuisine.

PINK HOUR ROSÉ

Three rosés. One weekly selection. Every Thursday to Sunday, Brasserie 1519 celebrates summer lunches with a curated trio of rosés featuring a local Valais wine, a Provence classic and a surprise discovery. Served chilled, it's the perfect excuse to linger a little longer on the terrace.
