Your experience begins at the bar's original entrance, a fire-red tunnel tucked into the hotel's Monumental Staircase. Modern Japanese & Asian touches - authentic wooden puppets, traditional chinese and backlit fluorescent wall panels - amplify the electric interior.
In the center of the room, our expert chefs excel while preparing signature dishes, remixing the finest Japanese and south east asians flavors in unique culinary creations that can be paired perfectly with the venue's top-shelf liquors, sake, and champagne.
Originally from Laos, Chef Alexis Nakhoneluang just took over his role of Executive Chef at Carve for an exciting Winter season. From US to France, he has made his way across some of the finest institutions.
